Sr Data Engineer/Analyst

This role supports enterprise data management and platform modernization, with hands-on responsibility for data integration, storage, governance, and performance optimization. The position focuses on migrating and optimizing workloads in Microsoft Fabric and Azure while supporting analytics modernization and increased project volume.

Responsibilities include designing and supporting scalable data solutions, managing data lifecycle processes across multiple projects, optimizing Fabric notebooks and deployments, supporting backup and high-availability strategies, implementing data governance and security controls, collaborating across technical teams, monitoring performance, and contributing to automation and tooling improvements.

• 4-5+ years in data engineering or data management
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Python, SQL, and CI/CD
• Experience supporting data pipelines, performance tuning, and deployments
• Working knowledge of security, backup, and high availability
• Able to manage multiple projects with guidance - Healthcare or payer environment experience
• Epic experience or certifications (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito)
