Job description
We have an immediate need for a Test Automation Engineer in Charlotte, NC 28207 to design and implement scalable automation frameworks supporting enterprise applications across multiple testing layers.
Requirements
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing end-to-end test automation strategies using industry-leading tools, particularly the Tricentis Tosca suite. You will design multi-layered automation frameworks covering UI, API, mobile, performance, and ETL testing, while integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. The role involves implementing cloud-based and distributed test infrastructures, managing standardized test data practices, and ensuring automation scalability and efficiency. You will also work with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and NeoLoad, while validating APIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall test coverage and quality. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation framework design and hands-on experience with Tosca and other automation tools. A solid understanding of API automation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration is required. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to design scalable automation solutions, and effective communication skills to work with development and QA teams.
