IT Analyst

A growing, multi-location restaurant brand is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support both corporate operations and field locations. This is a hands-on role within a small, high-impact IT team supporting a fast-paced, expanding organization.

What You'll Do

• Provide IT support across corporate and field teams (remote, phone, and occasional onsite)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Support and maintain POS systems (Toast or similar), including updates and integrations
• Assist with new location openings, including IT setup and deployment
• Manage onboarding/offboarding (devices, accounts, system access)
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites
• Document processes and contribute to IT best practices

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Self-starter who can manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting multi-unit retail or restaurant operations is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to ~20%

• $70,000 - $80,000 base + bonus potential
