This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an onsite environment and enjoys working directly with end users, including business and front-office teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on desktop support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues via walk-ups, phone, email, and messaging
- Set up, image, and deploy laptops and workstations
- Support conference rooms, A/V, and executive technology needs
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, user setup, and access management
- Handle desk setups, moves, and physical IT installations
- Partner with IT teams to resolve issues and support ongoing projects
- Document processes and contribute to improving support operations
Requirements
Desktop support,Windows, hardware, software, mobile device support, troubleshooting, laptops, conference room support, O365, Active Directory, excellent communication skills, professional and presentable., * 2-4+ years of desktop or IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Experience with device setup, imaging, and user support in an enterprise setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to financial services or high-pressure environments is a plus
