Job description
- Analyze business objectives, requirements, and operational challenges to recommend effective technical solutions
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current systems, workflows, and data processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Design and support enhancements to enterprise data platforms and systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and requirements
- Evaluate system performance, capabilities, and constraints to recommend improvements
- Support enterprise data engineering and governance initiatives
Requirements
Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support enterprise data engineering and data governance initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in data management, Master Data Management (MDM), and data quality frameworks, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-driven professional capable of working independently in complex data environments and contributing to strategic data initiatives., * 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles
- Strong expertise with Informatica tools, including:
- PowerCenter
- IICS
- IDMC
- MDM
- Axon
- Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC)
- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Customer360 / Supplier360 / Entity360
- Hands-on experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and reference data frameworks
- Experience developing and implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments, * Experience with Snowflake and large-scale enterprise data environments
- Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and API integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks
- Experience in public sector or healthcare environments
- Exposure to large enterprise system landscapes, * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Equivalent experience will be considered
- Advanced degree is a plus
