Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of agency Datastore

Document data elements and establish a comprehensive, forward-looking data management strategy.

Build and maintain secure data archiving and sharing capabilities across the organization.

Design and implement automated ingestion pipelines to extract and standardize information from disparate formats (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Automate repetitive workflows and business processes to improve efficiency.

Support the integration of commercial tools and develop necessary customizations to facilitate the Government-approved solution.

Execute customized queries and advanced analytics to extract actionable insights.

Ensure all data solutions and reporting mechanisms adhere to strict compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Database Administration, or Information Management AND five (5) years of combined experience in data repository management and reporting, data analytics review, and data system improvements. OR High School Diploma AND ten (10) years of combined experience in the aforementioned areas., * Master's Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Database Administration, or Information Management.
- Demonstrated experience specifically managing datastores for the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Proven track record of successfully leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate and streamline complex business processes.
