Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and background jobs for internal and client-facing systems

Design clean, maintainable solutions for integrations, automation, and data processing workflows
Collaborate with front-end, product, and operations teams to define and ship features
Write tests, review code, and contribute to engineering standards and documentation
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments
Improve reliability, security, and scalability through thoughtful design and continuous refinement

3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with Python

Strong experience building APIs and backend services with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with cloud environments, containerized development, and CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with automated testing, debugging, logging, and performance optimization
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and an ownership-oriented approach to delivery
