Job description
Build and maintain Python services, APIs, and background jobs for internal and client-facing systems
- Design clean, maintainable solutions for integrations, automation, and data processing workflows
- Collaborate with front-end, product, and operations teams to define and ship features
- Write tests, review code, and contribute to engineering standards and documentation
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments
- Improve reliability, security, and scalability through thoughtful design and continuous refinement
Requirements
3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with Python
- Strong experience building APIs and backend services with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with cloud environments, containerized development, and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with automated testing, debugging, logging, and performance optimization
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and an ownership-oriented approach to delivery
