Oracle eBusiness Suite Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Developer / SME with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and enterprise financial systems. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can own payment processing workflows, EFT/NACHA integrations, and complex job scheduling dependencies within Oracle EBS. You will play a critical role in analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing financial processing systems, ensuring timely payment execution and system reliability. This position requires a strong mix of technical development (PL/SQL), functional expertise in Oracle Financials, and production support leadership., * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financial modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Accounting (PA)

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for payment processing issues, concurrent programs, and batch job failures
• Manage and optimize EFT payment processing and NACHA file generation workflows
• Analyze job dependencies and resolve performance bottlenecks or delays in critical financial processing cycles
• Design and develop solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and custom integrations while minimizing RICE components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance, maintain, and support production financial applications
• Provide incident response and resolution via ServiceNow, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery
• Lead technical discussions, project planning, and presentations to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in secure coding and system design
• Support Agile delivery processes using tools such as VersionOne / ALM
• Work flexible hours as needed to support critical financial processing cycles

• 13+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite development and support
• Proven expertise in Oracle Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, PO, FA, PA)
• Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including EFT payments and NACHA file standards
• Strong development experience with Oracle PL/SQL, concurrent programs, and EBS architecture
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex production issues and batch processing failures
• Familiarity with Kafka, APIs, and flat file integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and tools like VersionOne and ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and financial data flows
• Ability to work independently on mission-critical systems and high-visibility initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred), * Experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS implementations or transformations
• Background in high-volume financial transaction environments
• Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives
