Job description
- We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in application/ software development, who has grown into a Business Analyst / Technical BA role and now excels as a Technical Product Owner.
- This role requires deep collaboration with engineering teams, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact products., * Own and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint priorities
- Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design
- Collaborate with developers on APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud-based systems
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices
- Support product delivery across the full SDLC
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT / Software Development lifecycle
- Prior hands-on experience in application/software development
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
- 4+ years as a Technical Product Owner / PO
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Onsite availability in Minneapolis, MN
