Job description

  • Build and enhance IVR applications using modern engineering practices and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions aligned to strategic business goals.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery through development, testing, and quality control practices.
  • Lead and mentor developers within an agile team and foster a learning culture.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and improve existing IVR applications for optimal performance.
  • Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions guiding solution direction.

Requirements

We are seeking a Software Engineer / Feature Lead (IVR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Genesys IVR, Java/Spring, and cloud-based contact center development and a proven ability to design, deliver, and support scalable, reliable self-service IVR solutions., + Primary skill: Genesys IVR with hands-on experience in speech-enabled IVR using Genesys and/or Nuance frameworks.

  • 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development for complex applications.

  • Experience with JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.

  • Proven delivery across multiple full project implementations in fast-paced, agile environments.

  • Ability to lead and mentor developers and uphold engineering excellence and clean code practices.

  • Proficiency using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot. Preferred Skills:

  • Experience deploying contact center solutions in private or public cloud environments.

  • Experience building and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or Red Hat OpenShift.

  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Onsite day 1.

  • Start month: May or June.

  • Interview: Video required. One round, possible second round.
