Job description
We are seeking an IT CRM Consultant Contractor to join our dynamic team supporting our client project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Genesys Contact Center platforms and a proven ability to deliver complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget., * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate meetings, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage communications.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure delivery that meets timelines, scope, quality, and budget targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with Genesys Contact Center solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with project management experience
- Demonstrated project management experience across scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk and issue management.
- Clear communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience delivering contact center technology projects in enterprise environments.
- Background with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
