Job description

This role develops and owns end-to-end solution design strategies to address complex technical challenges across multiple domains, including enterprise SaaS planning platforms such as Anaplan. It leads the creation of architectural artifacts and enforces design standards to ensure cohesive and effective technology solutions. The role requires collaboration with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align solutions with business requirements and technical standards. Success is measured by the quality, consistency, and successful implementation of solution designs aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. The work impacts the organization by delivering integrated solutions that support business objectives, enable new sales initiatives, and improve operational effectiveness., * Lead the development and ownership of end-to-end solution designs to deliver integrated technology solutions across domains, including enterprise planning and sales enablement platforms

  • Create and maintain architectural artifacts including diagrams, data models, and technical documentation to support solution implementation and scalable SaaS deployments
  • Collaborate with senior management, sales stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align designs to enterprise standards
  • Enforce design standards, governance practices, and lifecycle management processes to ensure quality, consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational architecture guidelines
  • Identify architectural gaps and define remediation strategies to improve solution effectiveness, performance, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Support implementation activities including integration design, release readiness, UAT support, and transition to operational ownership
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • 4-7 years Related work experience. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive communication skills. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in Enterprise applications, SaaS platforms (e.g., Anaplan preferred), PLM, middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization and/or application technology (Required)

Base Pay Range: $103,600 - $186,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
