Datacenter Technician

Team is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Install Technician to support data center deployments across Ohio (Hilliard, New Albany, Dublin)., * Install and maintain servers, network equipment, racks, and structured cabling (fiber & copper)

• Test, troubleshoot, and document cabling and infrastructure issues
• Manage inventory, materials, and vendor coordination
• Track work through ticketing systems, reports, email, and Slack
• Ensure installations meet AWS data center standards
• Perform equipment moves, site walks, and capacity expansion tasks
• Support a 24/7 data center environment with occasional after-hours work

• Hands-on understanding of servers, switches, and networking hardware
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on feet for 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in active data centers

• Primarily onsite, hands-on data center / infrastructure role
• Minimal travel between nearby sites
