- Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare or related field to gain in-depth understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency in computer skills required.
- Coding knowledge preferred.
- Clinical terminology preferred.
- Experience working in Epic preferred.
