4+ years of experience in networking, preferably within an MSP environment Strong knowledge of routing and switching (VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP) Hands-on experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or similar) Experience with VPNs and secure remote access solutions Solid troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments Ability to support multiple clients and prioritize effectively Desired Skills & Experience Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE Experience with cloud networking (Azure or AWS) Familiarity with network monitoring tools and SNMP Exposure to VoIP systems and QoS configuration Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell), Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
