- Deliver High Quality, Maintainable Code - Independently designs, implements, tests, and ships robust software solutions following best practices
- Actively utilize generative AI coding tools as part of daily development process
- Ownership - Takes responsibility for complex features or subsystems, from requirement clarification through deployment and support
- Conduct Thorough Code Reviews - Ensures code quality, consistency, and security by reviewing peers' contributions and offering constructive guidance
- Mentor Mid and Junior Level Engineers -
- Provides technical guidance, helps unblock teammates, and contributes to skill development across the team
- Collaborate with Cross-functional teams -
- Works closely with product, QA, UX, DevOps, and cross functional partners to deliver cohesive, well designed solutions
- Drive Technical Improvements - Identifies areas for optimization, refactoring, testing, performance improvements, automation, and modernization
- Provide Support for Customers - Works with Tier 1 support team to resolve problems

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a full stack web developer. This role will help build the next generation of tools to fight fraud, waste, and abuse in health care claims.
The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working independently as well as collaborative team environments. They bring strong technical expertise, a problem solving mindset, and a passion for delivering high quality, scalable solutions that make a meaningful impact.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week., * 5+ years of Full stack web development with Typescript, Javascript, React, Nodejs or other comparable languages (Java, Python, C#)
- 5+ years of experience with automated testing systems such as Jest, Playwright, or other frameworks
- 2+ years of experience using generative AI coding tools (ie Microsoft CoPilot)
- Experience working in an agile software environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with health care data
- Experience building products incorporating RAG, generative, or agentic AI components

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
