Job description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern automation tools, strong programming skills, and experience working in Agile environments, preferably within healthcare or regulated domains., * Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for web and API applications

Create and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

Hands-on experience in QA Automation Testing
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Experience with test framework design (POM, BDD, data-driven frameworks)
Good knowledge of SQL and database testing, * Experience in Healthcare domain (HIPAA compliance, claims, member systems)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber
