NET Developer

• Analyze, maintain, and enhance existing application modules written in VB.NET and C#
• Complete migration of remaining VB.NET components to C#
• Deliver bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features in a timely manner
• Work with SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and data integration logic
• Support integrations with SharePoint, Excel/VBA, BI tools, and Power Automate workflows
• Participate in builds and deployments using Azure DevOps pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the application stack

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to support and enhance a mission-critical enterprise application built on a mixed VB.NET and C# codebase. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with deep .NET experience who can quickly ramp up in a complex, partially modernized environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, experience working with legacy systems, and the ability to deliver fixes, enhancements, and new functionality with minimal onboarding., * 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including VB.NET and C#

• Strong understanding of IIS and Windows Server hosting environments
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including query writing, optimization, and stored procedures
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps build and deployment pipelines
• Experience working with and modernizing legacy codebases
• Experience integrating with SharePoint and Excel/VBA
• Knowledge of Power Automate workflows and BI/reporting tools
• Ability to quickly understand existing architecture and deliver results with minimal guidance
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with migration or modernization projects
• Background supporting mission-critical enterprise applications
