Job description

Compensation

  • $90,000 - $110,000 base salary + potential of 10% bonus

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain models to forecast key business KPIs
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and opportunity
  • Translate complex data into executive-ready presentations
  • Utilize Python, R, Power BI, and Excel for modeling and analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts
  • Identify automation opportunities and improve data processes
  • Document methodologies and ensure reporting accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within Analytics in a relevant position
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong experience with forecasting and predictive modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis
  • Experience working with financial data and KPIs
  • Ability to present and defend insights to senior leadership
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for process automation
