Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Test Engineer in Boston, MA. Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support product development through the design, execution, and analysis of test methods and protocols. This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and protocols
- Perform hands-on testing, data analysis, and documentation of results
- Support development and validation activities for new and existing products
- Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and lab organization
- Communicate results, findings, and status updates to project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of engineering or test experience
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
- Statistical analysis or experimental design experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
