Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in enterprise solution architecture and Salesforce platform design. This role is focused on defining architecture, setting standards, and guiding enterprise-scale implementations, rather than hands-on development or team management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Experience Cloud, and modern Salesforce capabilities including LWC, LWR, Flow, and Data Cloud, with a proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with enterprise strategy
Design scalable solutions using Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for financial domain use cases
Architect Experience Cloud implementations, including LWR-based digital experiences
Establish architectural standards for LWC-based UI frameworks
Define automation strategy using Salesforce Flow and orchestration patterns
Design Data Cloud architecture for unified customer data, segmentation, and analytics
Establish integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns)
Define data models, security architecture, and sharing frameworks
Ensure adherence to governance, performance, and scalability standards
Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations on platform enhancements
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions
Drive best practices, design patterns, and reusable frameworks across the platform

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with significant architecture experience
Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce platform architecture experience
Strong expertise in:
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Experience Cloud
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Lightning Web Runtime (LWR)
Salesforce Flow (advanced automation design)
Salesforce Data Cloud
Deep understanding of:
Salesforce data modeling and security architecture
Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven)
Enterprise architecture principles
Strong experience in solution design, architecture governance, and platform strategy Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services domain (banking/credit unions)
Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations
