Lead Data Engineer

• Lead hands-on design and ETL development in a Data Warehouse environment.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, attending meetings, understanding requirements, designing solutions, and developing code.
• Partner with near-shore and offshore teammates in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate with support teams, development, testing, and other partners.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and design solutions for production issues.
• Propose technical solutions to business problems in collaboration with the Information Architecture team.
• Take accountability for technical deliveries from offshore teams.
• Work with development and QA teams during the post-code development phase.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Proficiency with ETL processing concepts, including experience handling large data volumes and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Dimensional Data Modeling concepts.
• Primary Skill: Hadoop.
• Secondary Skill: Informatica.
• Tertiary Skill: Teradata.

The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $65.06 per hour.
