Data Engineer

• Set up and maintain streaming data pipelines.
• Integrate and patch open-source tools such as Flink, Spark, and Kafka streams.
• Manage the operation of streaming technologies within public cloud environments like Azure and AWS.
• Serve as a hands-on technical expert for data streaming solutions.

Experience: A minimum of 11 years of overall experience in computer science or programming is required. This must include at least 2-3 years of specific experience in streaming technologies such as Flink, Spark, or Kafka.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with streaming pipeline technologies including Flink, Spark, and Kafka streams is necessary. Experience with open-source tools and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is required. Candidates should have exposure to at least one of the following programming languages: Scala, Java, or Golang.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the finance domain is considered a secondary preference.

The anticipated pay range for this position is between $71.03 and $71.03 per hour. This position is eligible for benefits.
