Software Engineer

An employer in the Greenwood Village, CO, Omaha, NE and Berkely Heights, NJ area is looking for a Software Developer. The Developer will be responsible for scanning, debugging, coding vulnerability fixes, and incident response for one of the company's large financial customers. The organization is going through a cloud migration. The legacy applications are built on Java which will take up a lot of time especially in the beginning. As time goes on, it is expected that the Developer will move toward C#/.net applications as the technology becomes modernized. The Developer will spend 95% of their time on the back end. The position requires someone who communicates very well, stay on top of emails, responds quickly, and has a self-start mentality.

10+ years of java development experience (Java 17 is current version)

Experience with C#/.net core

SQL database experience

Experience with Sonatype, WebInspect, Fortify or a similar tool

API development

Experience with Spring Proficiency in Confluence

Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery

The hourly rate for this position is $78-$80 based on several factors including experience, education, etc. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
