Job description
- Lead and support the PATT workstream, with a primary focus on the Absence workstream, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve task and project objectives.
- Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive, and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements for PATT in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of new Unions and MORs within the PATT workspaces within Workday.
- Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday.
- Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
- Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration.
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods.
- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications.
- Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, * 7+ years of experience of which a minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience in PATT functions
- Strong US payroll process knowledge
- Workday PATT experience, with a focus on Absence
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Project Management experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes
- Strong Canadian payroll process knowledge
- Experience with configuring Union specifications within the PATT workstream
- Experience with Payroll software such as ADP SmartCompliance, ADP eTime, Oracle Finance
Benefits & conditions
The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $ 90,000.00 - $153,300 +10% annual bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
