Job description
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business process. You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate effectively, and guide the team to ensure high performance. You will be accountable for team decisions, engaging with various cross-functional groups, and contributing to key strategic and operational outcomes. Additionally, you will provide solutions to complex problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams. You must possess expert-level proficiency in SAP SD Functional.
The Work
- Monitoring Day-to-Day activities like system monitoring and dashboard monitoring.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore team with respect to business requirements and lead the team to understand any challenges or issues facing.
- Coordinate and interact with client team for critical business processes.
- Analyzing system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance system functionality and stability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Documenting processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Order Management, Pricing & Formula & Average pricing, Packing, Billing, Invoicing, Returns, Output, and Credit Management.
- End to end TSW-Nominations and Ticketing, TD-Bulk shipment and Exchanges processes.
- Troubleshooting inbound and outbound interface issues with third-party systems, working closely with Technical and PI/PO teams.
- Facilitating training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and team development.
- This role requires to be in the local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Houston, TX.
Requirements
- A minimum of years of experience with SAP Sales and Distribution with cross functional Integration knowledge and IS-Oil.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience., * Experience with IS Oil & Gas
- Understanding of finance and MM integration and revenue impacts Experience.
- Experience writing functional specifications independently and should have good work experience dealing with critical production incidents and design enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis.
