Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle implementations, driving financial transformation initiatives, and working closely with business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable financial solutions., * Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financials solutions, including RMCS.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, and design as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Configure Oracle Financial modules and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define systems strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Work in multi-organization and multi-ledger environments within Oracle EBS.
  • Support integration and data migration activities across financial systems., * 6+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials modules, including a combination of:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA)
  • Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Cash Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Treasury
  • EBTax
  • Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)
  • Invoice modules
  • Experience with 2+ complex, full lifecycle implementations involving Oracle EBS Financials and RMCS.
  • Strong experience in:
  • Functional configuration
  • Testing and validation
  • Client interaction and stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.6 in multi-org and multi-set of books environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with:
  • Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS)
  • Oracle Cloud Receivables
  • Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, CRPs, and training sessions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
