Job description
- Install, configure, and maintain EIDH clusters at Micron NA fabs.
- Act as primary site owner for EIDH cluster health, availability, and performance.
- Monitor cluster resources (storage, compute, ingestion pipelines, services).
- Coordinate cluster upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities with EI Product and IT teams.
- Maintain cluster documentation (architecture, ports, IPs, data flows, retention).
- Serve as Lam Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Micron on EIDH infrastructure topics.
DIMS Contract Ownership & Compliance Core Accountability Area
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools and chambers connected under the DIMS contract.
- Track and manage:
- Chamber-to-cluster connectivity
- Tool onboarding / offboarding
- Contracted vs non-contracted assets
- Create and maintain accurate DIMS licensing records aligned with contract scope.
- Track, recover, and validate tool and chamber file transfers from tool EIDH.
- Monitor file ingestion performance and data completeness.
- Generate and deliver weekly DIMS performance reports (file volume, latency, DN trends, ingestion success rates) to:
- Micron stakeholders
- Lam internal teams
Fab & Tool Connectivity Support Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot tool-to-EIDH connectivity:
- Direct Connect
- EIM 1.0 passthrough
- EIC / Flume-based connections
Coordinate with: Micron IT Micron Infosec Lam IT / EI Infrastructure Ensure required ports, firewall rules, and access paths are documented and approved. Support AT and Micron user access to EI applications hosted on EIDH clusters.
Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Engagement Responsibilities
Maintain active engagement with Micron: IT Infosec Data & Analytics teams Act as Lam EI voice for Micron NA. Provide structured feedback to EI Dev and Product teams on: Feature gaps Operational pain points Scalability concerns Contribute to broader Lam EI strategy discussions when requested.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
