Job description

We are looking for an experienced IICS Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cloud data integration, ETL modernization, migration projects, architecture design, performance tuning, and stakeholder management., * Design end-to-end data integration architecture using IICS / IDMC platforms.

Lead migration from legacy ETL tools (PowerCenter / DataStage / SSIS etc.) to IICS.
Develop scalable and reusable mappings, task flows, and integration frameworks.
Design batch, real-time, API, and hybrid integration solutions.
Implement best practices for security, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Manage Secure Agent setup, connectivity, and environment strategy.
Work with business teams, data engineers, architects, and client stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and mentor development teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
Support CI/CD and DevOps integration for deployments.

Requirements

Strong experience in Informatica IICS / IDMC
Expertise in:
Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
Application Integration (CAI)
Mass Ingestion / Replication
Taskflows / Scheduling
Strong SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / Snowflake / Teradata etc.)
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
API Integration (REST / SOAP)
Data Warehousing concepts (SCD, CDC, ETL/ELT)
Performance tuning and optimization
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Snowflake / Databricks / Azure Data Factory
Informatica certifications
Python / Shell scripting
DevOps tools: Jenkins / Git / CI-CD pipelines

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Client-facing experience
Leadership & mentoring capability
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
