Job description

Seeking Senior .NET Developers to design, enhance, and support enterprise web applications critical to agency operations. This role requires strong experience across the full software development life cycle, deep .NET expertise, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with business users and technical teams. This is a hybrid position requiring on site presence in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates must be local at the time of submission. Work Schedule & Hybrid Expectations

First 3 months: On site as needed for training and project ramp up
After 3 months: On site once per week or less, as determined by project needs
Must be available for in person interviews within one week of posting close
Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain web based business applications
Translate business requirements and technical specifications into high quality code
Perform unit testing and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Analyze automation requests and develop work plans, schedules, and effort estimates
Optimize SQL Server performance, including T SQL refactoring and bottleneck elimination
Develop and maintain SDM technical documentation (technical specs, design documents, etc.)
Support enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution for existing applications
Prepare periodic status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
Participate in staff, technical, and project meetings
