What You'll Be Doing (You'll Be Trained)
You'll work with a structured team completing entry-level infrastructure tasks across the data center.
- Installing cable trays, ladder rack, and basic support systems
- Building and organizing server racks
- Pulling cable and fiber through large data hall spaces
- Learning how to terminate and punch down cabling
- Routing and dressing cables using J-hooks, D-rings, fish tape
- Assisting with grounding, fire-stopping, and low-voltage work
- Reading basic drawings and following instructions
- Helping and learn from team leads
You won't be thrown in blind - training and supervision are provided.

Requirements

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
