Work Schedule & Overtime Requirements:

12-hour shifts (typically 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

Monday-Saturday, with occasional Sundays.

Can work up to 80-100 hours per week.

Mandatory overtime can be required.

Must be open to night or second shifts as needed.
Requirements
We are hiring Entry-Level Data Center / Cable Technicians to support a large-scale data center construction project. This role is ideal for individuals with construction or hands-on labor experience who are comfortable working long hours in physically demanding environments and are eager to learn a skilled trade within the data center industry. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work mandatory overtime, including extended shifts and weekends., * Experience working in a physically demanding environment such as construction, skilled trades, military, or similar hands-on roles.
- Comfortable using hand tools on a daily basis.
- Ability to work on ladders and scissor lifts during 12-hour shifts.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality history.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Structured cabling or cable pulling experience.
- Low-voltage installation.
- Fiber optic cable pulling or installation.
- Prior data center or telecommunications exposure., * Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts.
- Ability to work in construction environments.
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
