Job description
advanced AIpowered tooling and internal platforms that modernize quality engineering across
the organization. This is not an in test role you will be building production systems,
internal platforms, and intelligent automation services that materially improve engineering
efficiency. You will lead the development of AIdriven services, RAG pipelines, and automation
accelerators that streamline test authoring, triage, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement AIdriven services, microplatforms, and developer tools that
support GQE.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLMpowered utilities.
Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and
recommend fixes.
Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks.
Partner with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering to define requirements and deliver
scalable solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose functional applications.
Requirements
4+ years of software engineering experience with robust backend expertise.
Proven experience building productiongrade AI or MLpowered systems.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Handson experience with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration.
Experience integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.

Benefits & conditions
Hiring Salary Range: $110,000.00 - 170,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible., * Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages.
