IT Operations Administrator

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Operations Specialist - Hybrid for a 9+ month contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Eagan, MN., This role focuses on supporting IT operations on an overnight schedule. The ideal candidate will handle incidents, tasks, and nightly changes using skills in ServiceNow, Active Directory, ROBOT Scheduler, and IBM AS400. This is a hybrid position requiring a local presence for a rotating schedule of one week in the office and one week remote., * Handle day-to-day incidents and tasks related to IT operations

• Manage and execute changes on a nightly basis
• Maintain and follow technical documentation
• Provide on-site support at the local data center during scheduled weeks

• Over 5 years of experience working in IT operations
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Active Directory
• Experience with ROBOT Scheduler and IBM AS400 skills
• Knowledge of basic desktop administration and documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a hybrid, overnight schedule (Sunday - Wednesday, 8pm - 6am)
