Job description

Ready to build the systems that keep a whole organization running? As a Senior ERP Software Developer, you'll tackle some of the most challenging technical puzzles across HR & Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, and clinical operations. You'll partner with analysts, vendors, and IS teams to turn big ideas into powerful solutions-designing, coding, and troubleshooting the applications thousands of caregivers rely on every day. In this role, you will leverage Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to build robust data pipelines and integrate complex datasets across the enterprise. You will also harness Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to deliver deep, actionable insights and advanced analytics that drive smarter decision-making. From leading project teams and mentoring peers to optimizing business processes and driving innovation from concept to release, you'll be at the heart of creating resilient, data-driven systems. Requirements

  • 5 or more years of application design, development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite FSCM and HCM, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday. .
  • 2 or more years of demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
  • 2 or more years of experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired.
  • 2 or more years of experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas

Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Expertise in fact and dimension data modeling, including implementing Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1 and Type 2) and designing partitioning strategies to support highvolume ETL workloads
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Strong proficiency building ODI Load Plans, Procedures, Packages, and integrations leveraging APIs
  • Hands-on experience developing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and loading scenarios
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and tune ODI jobs, ETL performance, SQL queries, and PL/SQL procedures
  • Skilled at identifying data quality gaps, duplicate records, and performance bottlenecks within existing reports and data pipelines
  • Experience designing logical and physical data models that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements
  • Preferred experience with Oracle BI ApplicationsBackground working with large-scale, high-volume datasets

Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI / FAW) & Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the FDI semantic model, including subject areas and their underlying structure
  • Knowledge of logical vs. physical layer mappings within FDI
  • Experience extending FDI models by adding custom facts and dimensions
  • Ability to extend FDI subject areas using custom ADW (Autonomous Data Warehouse) tables or views
  • Understanding of the FDI security model, role-based access control, and authorization patterns
  • Experience configuring row-level security and semantic-layer data filters

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
