NOC Analyst I

The NOC Analyst I will be responsible for: * Monitoring and incident response: actively monitor network performance and security threats. * Incident triage and resolution: investigate and prioritize incidents. * Troubleshooting and maintenance: troubleshoot network issues and perform remote maintenance. * Collaboration and communication: work with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents. * Documentation and reporting: maintain records and generate reports.

Experience in Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center * Degree in IT or related field * Certifications in networking or security preferred * Strong technical aptitude in IT networking and telecommunications * Knowledge of server and database management * Proficiency in monitoring tools like SolarWinds * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work under pressure
