Job description

The Panther Group is seeking a Data Analyst / AI Specialist to join a fast-paced, innovative team in Grand Prairie, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data analytics, automation, and AI, and is excited about building solutions that drive efficiency and uncover meaningful insights.

This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite, 1 day remote) with a flexible schedule and long-term potential.

Not open to C2C or third party agencies. No Visa sponsorship for this role. Must be able to get a US Security Clearance if required What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions and automation tools (including AI bots) to improve operational efficiency
  • Apply data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
  • Monitor and optimize model and solution performance over time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or related field
  • Strong experience with:
  • Data analysis & trend analysis
  • Programming (Python, SQL, or similar)
  • Data visualization and reporting tools
  • Experience working with large datasets and extracting insights
  • Exposure to or experience with AI / machine learning / automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or deploying AI bots or automation solutions
  • Familiarity with machine learning models and AI frameworks
  • Experience in quality analysis or data validation processes
  • Background in process improvement or operational analytics
