As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will support team members by sharing knowledge of these technologies, possess system administration skills, and work autonomously to resolve server issues while understanding all aspects of the equipment you support., * Act as a primary resolver for support team tickets.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure problems.
• Support and share knowledge of technologies with team members.
• Utilize system administration skills to resolve server issues independently.
• Understand all aspects of supported data center equipment.
• Follow directions with attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Be receptive to feedback and adjust performance as required.

Experience: Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware infrastructure issues is required.

Technical Skills: Candidates should possess basic to intermediate system administration skills.

The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour.
