About the Implementation Manager position We are seeking a talented Implementation Manager to guide new customers through onboarding, configuration, and launch of our rewards and recognition platform. This position is part project management, relationship management, technical consulting, operations, and cross-functional coordination. Implementation Manager responsibilities include:
- Own and manage multiple concurrent commercial, mid-market, and enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Define and execute implementation project plans, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
- Configure the platform to align with each customer's organizational structure, workflows, and goals
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable implementation steps
- Train customer administrators and end users on platform functionality and best practices
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and escalation resolution
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks early, proactively communicating status to internal and external stakeholders
- Document processes, build templates, and contribute to scalable onboarding playbooks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical project management
- AI-Forward mindset with hands-on AI experience that goes beyond chat
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software like Hubspot
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort presenting to diverse audiences
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Upbeat, positive, and friendly personality that energizes those around you
- BS/BA in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
