Frontend / Full-Stack Developer

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building and enhancing modern, scalable web applications using React and Next.js. This role is heavily focused on creating high-quality, performant user interfaces and delivering exceptional user experiences in close collaboration with product and design teams., * Develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js

• Build reusable, scalable UI components using modern React patterns and best practices
• Leverage Next.js capabilities such as server-side rendering and static site generation to improve performance and SEO
• Translate product requirements and design mockups into clean, maintainable frontend code
• Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for modern browsers and devices
• Collaborate closely with designers and product partners to refine user experience and UI behavior
• Participate in code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and cross-browser issues within React/Next.js applications

• Proven experience working as a Frontend Developer on modern web applications
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-based development
• Experience building responsive, production-grade user interfaces
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (build tools, package managers, CI/CD basics)
• Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, including modern best practices
• Experience collaborating effectively within a distributed (nearshore/offshore) development team - Experience working in healthcare or a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government)
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and data-privacy considerations common to regulated industries
• Full-stack development experience (frontend with some backend exposure)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with modern tooling and workflows for web application development
