Beckville ISD - Network & Computer Systems Administrator

Description/Notes: Administer and support the district's technology infrastructure, including LAN/WLAN/WAN networks, servers, end-user devices, and software. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and efficiently maintained through both network oversight and hands-on technical support.

Knowledge of network design, installation, and support (LAN/WLAN/WAN) Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and networks Knowledge of network cabling and data communications Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Experience with multiple operating systems and network protocols Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCITP or equivalent

Benefits: Salary is based on state rates with a portion of the insurance premium paid by the district.
