Senior Full Stack Engineer (ServiceNow)

ServiceNow Development & Architecture Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Lead architecture and implementation of solutions within the IRM module, including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk components. Configure and extend ServiceNow modules using best practices in scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data models. Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems. Full Stack Engineering Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks. Develop intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern UI frameworks. Ensure code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and adherence to engineering standards. Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability across the full application stack. Technical Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow IRM and platform capabilities. Mentor junior developers and guide cross-functional teams on technical best practices. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and platform governance. Risk & Compliance Enablement Implement and enhance IRM workflows to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit programs. Partner with risk and compliance teams to design data models, reporting structures, and automated controls. Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry frameworks.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to architect, build, and optimize enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform engineering, business process design, and scalable application development., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent ServiceNow developer certification. 5 8+ years of experience in full stack software engineering. 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. Proven expertise with the IRM module (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, or related components). Strong proficiency in: JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting APIs REST/SOAP integrations Modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) Backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar) Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data modeling, and security best practices. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications in IRM, GRC, or related modules. Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Scoped Applications. Background in risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or audit. Experience working in large-scale, regulated, or global enterprise environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions. Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
