Job description
- Design, configure, and customize Workplace Service Delivery modules (Workplace Service Management, Space Management, Reservations, Move Management, Visitor Management, etc.).
- Lead end-to-end solution development using platform best practices.
- Build workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Extend platform capabilities through advanced scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs).
- Optimize data model, security model, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workplace operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
Senior ServiceNow Developer with experience in Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). Deep platform knowledge and hands-on development expertise are essential., * 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Implementation experience with Workplace Service Delivery.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (HR, Facilities, Access Control, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API integrations and platform architecture
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (WSD preferred).
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or related enterprise modules.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced with crossfunctional stakeholders.
