Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience.\n
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or analytics ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.\n
- Strong experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI (or similar BI tools with demonstrated Power BI migration experience).\n
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cost structures, and operational drivers.\n
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across global and cross-functional teams.\n
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\n
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office ecosystem.\n, * Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar Tier 1 ERP systems.\n
- Prior involvement in ERP implementations or system migrations.\n
- FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting experience in a global or multi-entity environment.\n
- Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, or 80/20 analysis.\n
- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, or data integration concepts.\n

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support global finance and operational reporting.\n
- Support and continuously improve analytics during and after the organization's ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365.\n
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions that drive insight across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Leadership.\n
- Develop and maintain standardized KPI reporting for: \n \n
- Revenue, cost, margin, and profitability\n
- Inventory turns, slow & obsolete inventory, and Kanban performance\n
- On-time delivery, safety, and quality metrics\n \n
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environments.\n
\n \nFP&A Support\n \n \n \n
- Provide ongoing financial analysis, including: \n \n
- Monthly actuals vs. budget/forecast variance analysis\n
- Trend analysis and performance drivers\n
- Ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis\n \n
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.\n
- Support management presentations and executive-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations.\n
- Partner with the Controller and FP&A team on improving financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency.\n

Work closely with Operations and Manufacturing to analyze production, inventory, and performance data.\n

Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\n

Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting processes, and data flows; recommend and help implement solutions.\n

Document reporting logic, data definitions, and user guidance; assist with training business users on Power BI and financial reports.\n

Support change management as the organization transitions to new systems and analytics platforms.\n, The expected salary for this position is between $86,985.00 and $116,995.00.
