Job description

Implement and enhance DevOps practices across the full stack lifecycle, including build, release, deployment, and production operations. Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise solutions: code, deploy, manage, monitor, and continuously improve operational health. Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python, following best practices (e.g., PEP8) and leveraging frameworks such as Django and Flask. Contribute to modern web solutions using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Vue.js). Design and work with data platforms and databases including Snowflake, Azure SQL, and SQL Server. Drive observability and monitoring capabilities using Datadog, including dashboards, alerts, tracing, and performance monitoring. Use GitHub and modern version control workflows to support collaborative development and CI/CD practices. Troubleshoot production issues rapidly, performing deep dives to identify root cause and implement durable fixes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology or equivalent · 4+ years of experience in a client · Experience of DevOps implementation across the full stack cycle · End to end experience in code, deploy, manage and monitoring for enterprise solutions. · Excellent Python coding skills and understanding of best practices, frameworks such as Django and Flask. (PEP8) · Excellent understanding of JavaScript (React JS, Node JS, Vue JS, etc) · Strong database skills in Snowflake, Azure, SQL server · Proficient with version control tools such as GitHub · Expertise in the Observability space using Datadog. · Knowledge of Big data, Apache Hadoop, Spark, Scala, PySpark, Amazon S3 and R would be considered as a big plus · Understanding and desire to work in an Agile fast-paced environment · Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to deep dive to get the desired output · Excellent troubleshooting skills required for resolution of production issues quickly · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively with cross functional teams and with senior stakeholders · Consulting experience will be considered a plus · Understanding of prevalent cloud ecosystems and its associated services AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud. Expertise in at least one.
