AI Engineer

Insight Global is seeking an AI Engineer to support one of our top financial clients. This individual will be part of an exciting Data and AI transformation effort across the enterprise, introducing new GenAI solutions to improve internal and client facing processes. We are seeking someone with strong fundamentals in engineering with most recent years focused within AI Engineering from end to end. This role is highly hands-on and full-stack in nature, spanning data ingestion, model orchestration, application integration, and production deployment. This person will work closely with data engineering, software engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and production-grade AI capabilities.

*3+ years experience building Generative AI based solutions, having brought one or more solutions end-to-end into production, not just prototypes or experiments *Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with APIs, state machines, and cloud deployment patterns *Familiarity with large language models, agent-based architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation concepts *Strong experience with Python and SQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Strong hands on experience with AWS services (certification preferred), with specific experience with Bedrock. AgentCore experience is highly preferred. *Strong hands on experience with Snowflake
