Job description

This role supports the development, analysis, and sustainment of aircraft system supportability by managing technical and logistics data, evaluating product performance, and providing recommendations to improve reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include developing maintenance concepts, logistics support analyses, spares provisioning, and technical documentation for aircraft systems and components. The position supports DEA program execution and annual USAF/FMS airworthiness reviews, performs technical research and trend analysis of engineering dispositions, and conducts failure analysis to identify corrective actions. This role collaborates closely with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams across operational, depot, and repair environments, while delivering recurring performance, product, and status reports to meet contractual and customer requirements.

Requirements

Associates degree 3 years of experience with reliability, maintainability, safety or supportability 2 years of experience with data systems/data mining Ability to confidently perform and communicate across multiple engineering functions/roles Ability to adapt and use multiple data systems with the expressed result of developing and providing professional level trend and performance reports/presentations Ability to work in a team based, cross-functional, and cross-organizational environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Hands-on aircraft and/or equipment maintenance, repair and troubleshooting experience Knowledge of Military and/or Commercial standards, manuals, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to aircraft safety, reliability, maintainability, supportability, non-destructive inspection, and diagnostics Bachelor's (or higher) degree from an accredited course of study in systems engineering, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or other technical/engineering fields of study Multi-disciplined/cross functional (team based) aircraft/equipment engineering experience Experienced working within/across maintenance and non-conformance data systems Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
