Job description
CTG is seeking an experienced Package Consultant specializing in Adobe Commerce (Magento) to support end-to-end eCommerce solution delivery. This role focuses on functional leadership, business process alignment, and successful implementation of digital commerce platforms., * Lead functional design and implementation of Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable eCommerce solutions
- Drive workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA)
- Configure core platform capabilities: content management, merchandising, and order management
- Support integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, payment gateways)
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform
- Experience with digital commerce processes (catalog, checkout, order lifecycle)
- Ability to lead functional discussions and stakeholder engagements
- Knowledge of system integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Preferred Experience:
- Prior consulting experience in Adobe Commerce implementations
- Background in retail, B2C, or B2B eCommerce environments
- Full lifecycle project experience (design through support)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
Benefits & conditions
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $171,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
