Senior SAP Consultant

You combine a hands-on technical role with leading and coaching a team of engineers. You actively contribute to the management, optimization, and implementation of SAP environments (on-premise and cloud) and take the lead in complex technical challenges.

In addition, you support colleagues in their development, ensure service quality, and manage task distribution and priorities within the team. You act as an escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on projects and support activities. You also contribute on a strategic level by thinking about improvements, automation, and the further development of the infrastructure.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP Basis
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Comfortable in a coordinating role where you connect and lead people
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to contribute technically
