Expedia Group is hiring an Integration & Transformation Manager to support post-merger and acquisition integration. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Integration, this individual will be responsible for helping to design and execute a comprehensive integration plan for support functions including Finance, People, Real Estate, and Communications.
This manager will act as key contributor to integration programs and serve as a member of the Integration Management Office. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and program management which will be critical to achieving the business outcomes identified in M&A deal cases.
In this role, you will focus on :
Integration Planning
- Partner with functional leaders to translate deal rationale and operating-model choices into a coherent cross-functional integration plan and critical path
- Lead structured problem for key integration decisions (e.g., sequencing, scope, where to converge vs. remain distinct), quantifying trade-offs in synergies, cost-to-serve, risk, and change impact
Program Management
- Drive execution of multiple complex integration workstreams requiring coordination across multiple functions and teams at Tiqets and Expedia Group
- Partner with functional leaders to maintain corporate function workplans, mitigate delivery risks, and resolve issues
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional integration leads, surfacing cross-functional dependencies and risks early, and facilitating alignment between functions when necessary
- Build clear, executive-ready narratives and materials for integration management meetings, steering committee briefings, and executive forums, distilling complex detail into concise, data-driven recommendations.
- Support consistent messaging to Tiqets and Expedia Group employees throughout the integration process through close partnership with Employee Communications
Requirements
- ~4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic initiatives, business programs, or similar roles, including leading complex, cross-functional programs at enterprise scale
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, frame options, build business cases, and recommend paths forward to senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience driving complex programs that cut across multiple functions and organizations, with strengths in portfolio and project planning, dependency management, process improvement, and risk/issue management
- Ability to synthesize complex and ambiguous situations into clear narratives, tailor messaging to different audiences
- Comfort navigating the intersections between business operations, people, and change in a fast-moving environment
- Prior post-merger integration experience desired, but not required
